1. About Sonomp

Sonomp is a discovery and community platform for AI-generated music shared on Suno and Udio. We do not upload, store, or stream audio files on our servers. Tracks listed on Sonomp are links and embeds to third-party platforms controlled by those services and their creators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sonomp. By creating an account or submitting content, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your submissions

When you submit a track to Sonomp, you represent and warrant that:

• You created the work, or you have all rights and permissions needed to share it;
• Your submission links only to a Suno or Udio URL you control or are authorized to share;
• Your submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• Your title, description, tags, and metadata are truthful and not misleading.

You grant Sonomp a non-exclusive license to display your submission metadata, embeds, and links on the service for discovery, ranking, and community features.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have rights to share;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent ownership of a track;
• Attempt to bypass ranking, voting, or moderation systems;
• Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes;
• Scrape or overload our systems without permission.

5. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material indexed on Sonompinfringes your copyright, submit a report via our DMCA page. Reports that identify a valid Sonomp track URL are removed from public listings promptly while we review.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may contact legal@sonomp.com with a counter-notification including identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, and your contact information.

Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated at our discretion.

6. Third-party platforms

Suno, Udio, Clerk, and other integrated services have their own terms and policies. Playback, availability, and licensing of audio remain governed by those platforms. Sonomp is not affiliated with Suno or Udio unless explicitly stated.

7. Disclaimers

Sonomp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, ranking accuracy, or that user-submitted metadata is complete or correct.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonomp and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
